Production partner in India

The production in Kanpur was established 16 years ago in an underdeveloped industrial area. This commitment has motivated further companies from different industries to settle in the same area. This has contributed significantly to the positive development of the region and created many jobs.

Today, about 70% of the jobs are occupied by qualified employees, who, as unskilled workers, had practically no chance of finding employment on the local job market.

The permanent employees work at a monthly salary. They are insured with a provident fund in case of illness, maternity and disability. The pension plan is managed by the Employee’s Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). This belongs to the Ministry of Labour of the central government in India.

The management of Azomo India has free access to the site and all departments of the company at all times. The owner-managed company also provides insight into the human resources department, thus allowing controls on social partner contributions.

The presence in the company creates proximity to the individual employees. Over the years, a close relationship developed to some employees. Child labour is not tolerated and has never been detected.
